This kit is designed to brew small batches of cold brew coffee for comparative sensory analysis, enabling side-by-side sample comparisons.
Using smaller samples helps to facilitate accurate tasting, while minimizing the potential waste of large amounts of cold brew in the testing and tasting phase. This is particularly beneficial for roasters and cafes who are in the initial stages of implementing a cold brew coffee program.
The Toddy Cupping Kit has been designed to be used in conjunction with the Toddy Cold Brew Cupping Protocol and Cupping Form, which helps to simplify the method of cupping cold brew. The Toddy Cold Brew Cupping Kits are available in a single pack or three pack.
